Warranties

All our products are manufactured to the highest quality, have CE certification or equivalent.  As such, unlike most online retailers, we are able to offer you a genuine warranty on all our products. A one year warranty is offered on all new products. Please contact our sales or customer service team for further information on individual products. All products are warranted against manufacturing defects, except for all moving parts (mechanisms, castors, drawers) and seating upholstery which are subject to usage related wear and tear. Angel Mobility/Angel Home & Leisure reserves the right not to apply the warranty in cases of inappropriate use or when the product has been tampered with by a third party or interventions by non-authorised personnel.  Accidental damage or damage to a product/s which has arisen from mis-use is not covered by any warranty implied or given.  

We do require items in some circumstances to be returned to store for warranty work.

Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of Angel Mobility. Angel Mobility has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly described. However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. All disability product prices are displayed excluding VAT, unless stated otherwise, and where applicable. All other items are advertised inclusive of VAT. For a VAT receipt please click here to email us. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of our products that appear on the website. However, as the actual colours you see will depend on your monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any colour will accurately reflect the colour of the product on delivery.

Angel Mobility makes every effort to ensure that this website is free from viruses or defects. However, we cannot guarantee that your use of this website or any websites accessible through it won’t cause damage to your computer. It is your responsibility to ensure that the right equipment is available to use the website and screen out anything that may damage it. Angel Mobility shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise to computer equipment as a result of using this website.

If you want to buy things from us, you will need to register on our site. Registration involves you giving us the following personal information: (i) Your title, name and address (including option to save different delivery addresses); (ii) Contact phone number and e-mail addresses; Registration enables you to speed up the ordering process, however, you do not have to register with us until you choose to order.

Payment

We take payment from your card at the time we receive your order, once we have checked your card details.

Fraud checks may be conducted on our orders. This involves checks on details provided during the order process including the address details. This may involve your details being passed to a 3rd party fraud checking company. On occasion we may ask for additional information in order to process your order. We will conduct this process as quickly as possible however on occasion dispatch of goods may be delayed.

Goods are subject to availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A full refund will be given where you have already paid for the goods.

The price you pay is the price displayed on this website at the time we receive your order. While we try and ensure that all prices on our website are accurate, errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of goods you have ordered we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If we are unable to contact you we will treat the order as cancelled. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
Title to any products you order on this website shall pass to you on delivery of the products, provided that we have processed and received payment in full for the products.
All prices include VAT (where applicable) at the applicable current rates but exclude delivery charges unless expressly stated otherwise.
All credit card transactions are taken in the UK and our transaction currency is in UK Pounds (£).

Orders placed by phone

Orders placed over the telephone undergo additional security checks once the order has been placed – this is to protect Angel Mobility and cardholders against credit card fraud.

Availability

All items are subject to availability. We will inform you as soon as possible if the goods you have ordered are not available.

Ordering Errors

You are able to correct errors on your order up to the point at which you click on “submit” or “make payment” on the final page of our ordering process.

Delivery Times and Rates

The majority of goods advertised on our web site are held in stock at our own warehouse facility and are dispatched direct.  Delivery on most occasions is within 2 working days.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. Your delivery charges will be clearly indicated at checkout. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales, however delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors and all goods and products are subject to availability. Angel Mobility shall be under no liability for any delay or failure to deliver the products within estimated timescales

Can I pick up my order from your shop/office?

Yes. We do have a retail shop in Hornchurch, Essex. You are welcome to collect from these premises but please do call for stock availability before making a journey.

Acknowledgment and Acceptance of your Order

If you have supplied us with your email address, we will notify you by email as soon as possible to acknowledge your order. Please note that this e-mail is not an order confirmation or order acceptance from Angel Mobility. Our acceptance of your order will take place upon dispatch of the product(s) ordered.

Changing or cancelling orders

In the first instance please click here to email us with your change / cancellation details. If your order has not yet been received then this will be possible FOC, however if you have received the order and you wish to change / cancel goods we will apply a charge based upon the direct cost to recover and/or redeliver goods. We request that changed / canceled items are returned in their original packaging.

Returns policy

Delivery discrepancies:

Any discrepancies must be reported as soon as is reasonable after delivery, preferably within 24hrs. On arrival, if packaging appears damaged it is recommended that this is marked on the delivery note before you sign.

Missing items:

On delivery: Should an item be missed or appear not delivered then we request that you notify us as soon as possible, preferably within 24hrs of initial receipt of delivery.
On assembly: Should a part appear missing from an item please report the item that is missing the part along with a description of part you believe to be missing.
On both the above instances replacement goods will be dispatched ASAP.

Faulty goods:

Damages: must be reported as soon as is reasonable after the delivery, preferably within 24hrs of receipt of goods.
Under Warranty: First instance report the fault to us with a full description of alleged fault, we will then arrange an engineer to attend and either rectify the fault on site or advise on action needed to remedy. If the fault is deemed a manufactures fault and the item is under guarantee then we will replace the faulty item FOC.

Unwanted goods / wrongly ordered:

In the unlikely event you should want to return an item to us we are pleased to offer all customers our 14 Day No Quibble Refund. With our 14 Day No Quibble Refund you have 14 working days in which to decide to keep your ordered items or return them to us for a refund, less ougoing shipping costs, these vary depending on item from £9.95 to £14.95, this amount will be deducted from your refund.  

Angel Mobility can offer you a collection and return to base service for from £14.95 the exact cost will depend on the size dimensions’ of the item returned and the location.  We can also offer a 'swap it service' where you can exchange a product for an alternative the cost of this service is from £14.95.  

REFUNDS WILL NOT BE PROCESSED UNLESS (a) THE GOODS ARE PACKAGED IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING AND ARE IN A SALEABLE CONDITION  AND SHOULD NOT BE USED OUTSIDE (b) THE GOODS ARE ACCOMPANIED BY A FULLY COMPLETED RETURNS FORM WHICH MUST BE PLACED IN AN ENVELOPE AND AFFIXED TO ONE OF THE BOXES.
